Submission Guidelines

We are interested in reviews of single-author or collaborative collections of poetry presented as electronic chapbooks or in pdf format by online publishers with editorial selection standards. We are not interested in samples of work on sites that exist to sell print publications, nor in work that exists on authors' promotional sites or homepages.

Reviews (800 wd limit) should be submitted by e-mail only, in plain text in the body of the message - submissions that come as attachments or in html format will be deleted unread. Include in your submission all relevant informationabout the publication you are reviewing, as well as a short biographical note(50 words maximum). In addition, reviewers must state in writing that they have no relation to the poet or press whose publication they are reviewing.

Initially, we prefer reviews of work found in the publications listed on our "Links" page, though we'd appreciate learning of other sites that publish similar work and would consider reviews of those. Style? We're looking for writing that compels a reader to scroll down the screen.

Any submission should be e-mailed to Paul Howell and James Cervantes.
